We are located in historic Bouckville, NY in the geographic center of the state on Route 20 in Madison County. Map ==>

Our Museum and the five mile Towpath Trail with its 3 mile extension into the Village of Hamilton are our main attractions in addition to special seasonal events. The self-guided museum is open most days from 10 AM to 5 PM.

Park at the Museum in Bouckville or at the Courthouse on Montgomery Street in Hamilton and start the trail at the back of the adjacent field.

Halloween Happenin’ canceled, but we will have lights on the canal as usual.  The Towpath Trail will be lighted and decorative pumpkins displayed
